We are extremely proactive with developing programs that fit the stations' and clients' needs, and also generate non-traditional radio revenue. We feel a personal responsibility to continually grow our revenues; we cannot be at the mercy of the market trends or the economy, thus we need to be proactive at developing different and new revenue streams, i.e. Restaurant Tour, Career Fairs, Wedding Planner, Baby Fair, etc., while keeping an eye on the return on investment these programs deliver."
