Wichita, Kan. — Jason Wilson has been promoted to Local Sales Manager for Journal Broadcast Group – Wichita Operations.
The promotion was effective May 31.
Wilson joined the company in October 2008 as an account executive. Prior to that he worked for Joe Self BMW following nearly six years as an area manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
“Jason’s great attitude and team mentality are welcomed additions to Journal Broadcast Group’s sales management team here in Wichita. As an account executive, he has show a passion for creating idea-driven solutions for his customers and this will continue to serve our listeners and advertisers well,” said General Sales Manager, Journal Broadcast Group – Wichita Operations, Jason Wituk.
Journal Broadcast Group’s six-station radio cluster in Wichita is comprised of Today’s KFDI-FM 101.3, Classic Country 92.3 (KFTI-FM), 104.5 The Fox (KFXJ), T-95 (KICT), Radio Lobo 106.5 (KYQQ) and True Oldies 1070 AM (KLIO-AM).
