Boise, Idaho — KIVI-TV Today’s 6 News has been honored by the Northwest Region of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with two Emmy Awards for Program Achievement. KIVI-TV “Today’s 6 News Live at 10:00” was named best newscast in the five-state northwest region for evening newscasts, and KIVI-TV “Today’s 6 News Good Morning Live” was recognized as the best morning newscast in the same region. Added Vice President and General Manager Bob Rosenthal: “I am very proud of our Today’s 6 news team for these awards. To be recognized for two Northwest Emmys speaks to the outstanding work our news team is doing and the substance we are giving viewers each morning and evening.”
